With our focus on personal relationships law we are able to maintain a high level of expertise and efficiency in the provision of the expert legal service you deserve at a reasonable price.

We are aware that when you experience family law and estate conflict, and especially if that conflict can only be resolved through court proceedings, you and your family are likely to experience substantial personal challenge.

We are particularly conscious that the issue of Difference, especially that arising out disability and diversity in an individual’s sexual formation, gender expression and sexuality, can have its greatest legal impact in the areas of family law and wills and estates law.

We have been successful in significant test case proceedings, including against the Commonwealth of Australia, in cases involving such issues in the context of family law. (See Resources & Links)

We seek to ensure that no one suffers injustice as a result of Difference under the Family Law Act and the Succession Act; especially in relation to Special Medical Proceedure issues, the rights of children to see and spend time with their parents and the fair division of a person’s estate.

Often the hardest legal step to take in resolving a legal issue to do with personal and family conflict is the first step of seeking legal advice. This step can naturally seem daunting; involving as it does the sharing of personal information.

Even the making of a will involves the lawyer and client discussing the client's personal relationship history, the client’s current personal and financial circumstances and future plans.

It is useful to realise is that you are not alone in the human experience of the challenge of individual and family relationships, conflict concerning wills and estate dispositions and that you are entitled to honour yourself by receiving quality legal advice and representation.

The resolution of legal problems involving personal relationships begins with the action of seeking help. It is our experience that even a short preliminary no-obligation discussion of your legal concerns can be of great assistance in providing you with information which can reduce stress as well as providing you with some solid ideas about future conduct which will empower you to be able to better look after yourself and others in your care. After such preliminary discussion, if you wish us to act on your behalf, we will send you a costs agreement for your consideration and a preliminary estimate of the legal costs of your matter can be given.

If you have any queries regarding any of our services or would like to make an appointment for a short preliminary no-obligation discussion of your legal concerns - please contact us through our contact details below.

We look forward to hearing from you.
